CDL-B Driver

Location: Chilton, WI

Reports To: Onsite Dispatcher / Terminal Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25-$30/hour

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious CDL-B Driver & Warehouse Operator to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines driving with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you!

Equipment You’ll Operate

Curtain Van – Transport IBCs (250g & 330g totes) and pump off hazmat materials using a diaphragm pump.5500g Liquid Bulk Tanker – Deliver bulk hazmat liquids (e.g., 50% sodium hydroxide).53ft Van Trailer – Deliver both hazmat and non-hazmat materials.26ft Box Truck with Lift Gate – Handle a mix of hazmat and non-hazmat deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate all listed vehicles and equipment.Handle hazmat materials with full PPE at all times.Perform warehouse duties including:Forklift operationInventory managementTruck loading/unloadingGeneral labor tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Required:Valid CDL with Hazmat & Tanker EndorsementsClean driving record5+ years of driving experience (or less for the right candidate)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred:Experience with hazmat handling and warehouse operationsForklift certification

Safety First

PPE is mandatory when handling hazardous materials.Adherence to all DOT and company safety protocols is required.
