This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office.
Salary Range for this position is $24.00- $30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
This position requires a U.S. Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.
Position Summary:
TheCCA TechnicianTest is responsible for performing functional and electrical testing of circuit card assemblies in accordance with established procedures and test documentation. This role supports production by executing test processes, identifying failures, and documenting results under general supervision.
Key Position Accountabilities:
+ Perform functional and electrical testing of circuit card assemblies using approved test procedures and equipment.
+ Set up and operate test equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test systems.
+ Identify, document, and report test failures, anomalies, or deviations from expected results.
+ Accurately record test data and results in manufacturing systems or test logs.
+ Work with assembly, engineering, and quality teams to support troubleshooting and resolution of test issues.
+ Verify assemblies meet test requirements prior to release to the next production stage.
+ Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and workstations in a clean, safe, and ESD-compliant condition.
+ Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
+ Support production schedules and throughput goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Basic knowledge of electronic circuit card testing principles.
+ Ability to use electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
+ Ability to follow test procedures, drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
+ Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Educational / Experience Qualifications:
+ Approximately 1-3 years of experience in electronics testing, circuit card testing, or a related manufacturing role.
Physical Demands:
+ Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to work with small components and test fixtures.
+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
+ Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
