ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a team to assemble parts.Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.Assemble small parts manually under a microscope.Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.Package assembled parts.Pick up, move, and sort small parts.Verify raw materials and lot numbers.Build products by following processes, meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.Rotate tasks as necessary and collaborate well with all group members, both within the team and cross-functionally.Maintain accurate records, including training records and required paperwork.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Adhere to safety and quality processes and procedures.Communicate the status of operations in a timely manner to management, including any safety and/or process problems.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Essential Skills2-3 years of experience in medical device assembly, preferably in catheter or very small part assembly.Experience in manufacturing, performing visual inspections, and operating necessary assembly equipment.Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.Capability to manage multiple projects.Ability to read blueprints.Willingness to work under a microscope throughout the day.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with medical device assembly, clean room, braiding, guide wire.Experience in clean room assembly and medical assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is modern, clean, and offers a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. The position requires working in a clean room where no makeup or jewelry is allowed, and clean room attire such as masks, gloves, hair nets, and smocks must be worn. Work may vary from 10% to 50% under a microscope. The role operates on the first shift, from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
