**HIRING FOR CATHETER ASSEMBLERS IN ROSEVILLE, MN!** **$20-22/HOUR** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team working in a cleanroom environment, assembling balloon catheters. This role requires precision and attention to detail as you will work with microscopes, tweezers, and other small hand tools. You will be responsible for UV bonding/curing of components, preparing packaging for shipment, inventory control, and labeling of products. All work must be meticulously recorded on travelers and within our systems. **Responsibilities** + Assemble balloon catheter components using microscopes and small hand tools. + Perform UV bonding/curing of catheter components. + Prepare and package products for shipment. + Maintain inventory control and accurately label products. + Record all work on travelers and within the company's systems. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in catheter assembly, preferably with balloon catheters. + 1 year of experience working under a microscope. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Willingness to learn and contribute to the development of improved assembly procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a cleanroom environment. + Familiarity with GMP standards. + Excellent hand dexterity for handling small components. **Why Work Here?** Employees can enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
