We're seeking a passionate and highly skilled Cath Lab Nurse to join our innovative team and make an impact when it matters most! + Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy. + Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. + Implements care in a thorough, skillful and consistent manner. + Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. + Evaluates effectiveness of care given by health care team members. + Effectively communicate with patients, staff and providers. **Job Requirements** **Required** + One year of Adult Acute care + Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent + Valid compact state or Arizona RN license + American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider + American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support + Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of position **Preferred** + Two years of Cath Lab or ED/ICU experience and intra-aortic balloon pump experience + Bachelor degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent + 12-lead EKG skills **Where You'll Work** At **Dignity Health** , living our values means bringing passion into action every day.
