What You Will Do:
Provides leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrodiagnostic Services. Responsible for supervising and supporting assigned staff, coordinating clinical operations, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Serves as the Chest Pain Center Coordinator.
What You Will Need:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio or graduate of formal radiologic technology training program from an approved school, must be American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensed by the State of Ohio (ODH) as Radiographer; at least 3 years’ experience in catheterization and/or cardiac diagnostic procedures, including invasive and interventional cardiology; demonstrated management experience. Demonstrates effective and accurate verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Able to reason, problem-solve, and calculate. Skill in interpersonal communication to effectively interact with patients, physicians, staff, and other hospital employees. Punctual attendance at assigned work location is required. Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner and maintain an accident free work place, including ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of emergency codes. Ability to comply with OSHA regulations and CDC standard and transmission-based precaution recommendations and to utilize proper personal protective equipment. Ability to comply with provisions of applicable S.D.S. forms.
