What you’ll do: + Be a key part of our data-driven culture and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, operations, and customer support teams. + Conduct in-depth quantitative and creative analyses, build predictive models, run experiments, and leverage LLM-powered tools to understand user behavior and marketplace dynamics. Translate complex insights into strategic decisions and corrective actions across our marketplaces. + Continuously turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance and lead the execution of these initiatives. + Own the P&L and customer happiness of one of our fastest-growing categories. + Be directly responsible for growing the business, improving matching, pricing, and supply-demand strategies, and enhancing the experience of both customers and providers. + Design, iterate, and own real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs, revise metric definitions as the business evolves, and introduce AI-assisted analytics workflows where relevant. + Dream big, make short & long term plans with a can-do attitude. What we’re looking for: + Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school in Engineering, Economics or related fields (Data Analytics / Science study in any degree is big plus) + C1 English & Turkish proficiency (Nice to have: B2 Italian proficiency). + Preferably 2 years of experience in business development, strategic management, consulting, investment banking, or data analytics/science. Extra points if you did it in a start-up.  + Strong business judgment and comfort with analyzing large datasets to pull out actionable insights. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Ability to design dashboards and visualize marketing business KPIs using BI tools is a strong plus.) + Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and comfortable using Google Workspace tools. + Programming knowledge is needed (preferably SQL, python is a plus). We will expect advanced levels in a few months, for which we will provide full support. + Intellectual curiosity about relevant developments in technology, business, analytics, and marketplaces. + Itching for real responsibility - to be in a position where you can really make or break the company. + Figure things out.
