You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities

Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring

Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation

Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products

Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required

Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team

Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

Manage Loyalty Plans:

LET Partners: Partner quota deployment

Partners: Monthly closing

Partners: Perfect Store improvement plans

Perfect Store:

Permanent and temporary display design and strategy

Purchase of permanent and temporary displays

MSL and Target definition

Monthly Perfect Store post-performance display targets

Ad Hoc plans per region

Training:

Sales/FFVV Training

FDE by shopping environment

Market Information:

Flash and Nielsen - Kantar analysis

Job specific requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in similar roles or in sales or trade marketing within consumer goods companies.

Relationship building and experience with sales forces.

Experience in any channel, including modern trade, traditional trade, wholesalers, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Intermediate English level.

Advanced Excel proficiency.
