Summary Extracts fixture/supply needs from floorplans/planograms electronically or manually as needed for new and remodeled stores. Directs shipments of store fixtures to new stores and remodels via disciplined communication links with all fixture suppliers/DC's. Reviews and maintains detailed fixture integrity of all AutoZone prototypes. Researches, resolves the need for and expedites re-orders to Store Set-Up projects when necessary. Coordinates with other departments on fixtures for new planogram autobills and changes to inventory disposition. Reviews and reports fixture costs and usage for entire chain as well as Store Set-Up. Key Responsibilities + Identify quantities and items needed and create purchase orders/autobills to vendors/DC's for shipping of store fixtures and supplies to New Stores and Remodels along with autobills for planogram rollouts. + Analyze fixture order integrity created from planograms and floorplans and serve as liaison to merchandising to insure timely corrections for all AutoZone prototypes. + Review, analyze and process all re-orders from Set-Up Crews and resolve the need for them as an objective. + Review, authorize/decline, and process fixture orders from open stores that cannot be approved at Store Manager levels. + Capture and report fixture/supply usage and cost by DM/Region to management. + Capture and report all fixture reorders for Set-Up projects inclusive of freight costs as a KPI to Store Set-Up Managers. Supervisory Responsibilities None Education and/or Experience REQUIRED: + Years of Experience: Two to three years. + Type of Experience: Experience in inventory management, store setup, maintenance or store manager.
