Join Circle K as CATEGORY MANAGER FUEL&CARWASH

Your daily work will be the day-to-day management of the car wash and fuel categories, the development and implementation of the industry strategy, focusing on maximizing profitability and maintaining competitiveness in the market.

Your main tasks in this role are:

Coordinate logistics, retail, marketing and network development activities and ensure consistent product quality, availability, consumer demand compliance and pricing;Analyze category performance on a regular basis and draw data-driven insights;Achieve revenue and volume targets;Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards and environmental standards related to the car wash and fuel category;Proactively develop cost-effective solutions to meet renewable energy requirements for motor fuels on an ongoing basis and in the future;To carry out mandatory periodic reporting to various agencies;Solve customer complaints as an expert and advise service station employees/call centre;Constantly monitor market trends, competitor strategies and new technologies;Developing budgets for the car wash and fuel category.

We are waiting for your application if you have:

At least 3 years experience in the retail field, experience as a Category Manager is considered as an advantage;Fluent Estonian and professional English language;Very good negotiation skills;Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;Growth-oriented and open-minded mindset;Great interest in the field and high will to learn;Higher education.
