Job Description:
As a Category Manager, you will partner with our customers to strengthen collaboration and execute the cluster MW Category Strategy. You will analyze external data and customer insights to develop proposals that capitalize on category growth opportunities.
What will be your key responsibilities?Deploy category vision in the market with our customers
Lead initiatives for our key growth platforms related to shelf/category management
Execute projects that customers want to drive and need our support
Business Partner KAM to agree and drive bold actions per customer, for growing our category
Drive market intelligence in the market
Attend Quarterly KAM meeting with Activation & SRM TPE to agree on account plan
Provide inputs to planning cycles
Search for continuous improvements in local reporting
What are we looking for?Minimum 2-3 years Demand or Sales experience
Business Acumen and high numerical ability
Proven track record in insight-driven storytelling and resulting actions
Fluency in English & Hungarian
