The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Category & Insights Specialist. This roles forms part of the critical customer facing execution arm of the Category Planning & Activation team. Drawing on insights and analytics, you will work closely with category & customer teams to champion the category review process to create mutual growth opportunities for Mondelez and our customers. This role keeps a keen eye on emerging market, shopper and brand dynamics to ensure we continually optimise range and space in store, as well as delight our shoppers through the execution of product launches and activations. 

The ingredients you’ll bring 

The ability to review market, retailer and shopper insights and link these to our category growth strategy and point of buying principles.

The analytical curiosity to identify growth opportunities and convert these into clear actions. 

A passion for cross functional collaboration as you lead the development of range review recommendations and ad hoc presentations for customers. 

A customer centric mindset as you communicate range and space opportunities to key external customers and internal Sales Operations teams. 

About You 

A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. 

An understanding of the category review process, and instore space planning within FMCG. 

Basic knowledge of sales & analytical sources such as Nielsen / Quantium / dunnhumby

The ability to turn insights and analytics into action. 

Solid communication and problem-solving skills. 

Strong grasp on retailer time horizons and planning cycles.
