We are seeking an exceptional Category Growth Manager to join India Global Selling (INGS). INGS empowers individuals and businesses to expand their reach to customers worldwide. We are looking for a self-driven, seasoned individual to join our team. In this role, you will build comprehensive category insights, develop data-driven selection strategies, support cross-functional teams with deep-dive analysis, and significantly enhance category performance through advanced Excel-based analytics and reporting.
Key job responsibilities
• Build comprehensive category insights through advanced data analysis using available tools and systems to identify growth opportunities and performance trends
• Develop data-driven selection strategies to support business teams through insights on customer demand patterns, launch performance metrics, selection launches, category trends and business data to guide what products to launch and prioritize
• Support business teams with deep-dive analytical requests, providing detailed insights on category performance
• Create and maintain sophisticated analytical dashboards, reports to track category KPIs and business metrics
• Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, data modeling, and visualization techniques
• Collaborate with business team, marketing, and other regions to enhance quality of inputs
