Core Mission: Convert brand strategy into high-impact Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), manage the "Trade Marketing" budget with zero leakage, and ensure that what is designed in the office gets installed correctly in different retail environments & ensure the tool being constructed has commercial viability behind it.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

We aren't just looking for a coordinator; we’re looking for a Market Catalyst. The ideal candidate brings:

The "Vendor Whisperer" Edge: The ability to push vendors for better rates and faster turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

Eye for Aesthetics vs. Utility: Knowing that a display might look beautiful in a mock-up but won't fit on a standard Pakistani shop counter.

Hyper-Local Insights: Understanding how shopper behavior changes during peak seasons like Ramadan (for Tang) or Valentine’s/Eids (for Cadbury).

Commercial acumen: Understanding the business rationale of making a tool and taking decisions as per ROI of the tool.

Education / Certifications:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: MBA from a reputable institute

Job specific requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector.
