Job Description
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital entertainment! As a Catalog Specialist III, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global entertainment business, specifically overseeing the Selection Excellence review process for all content submitted through this org. Your work will directly influence content acquisition royalties and customer engagement by collaborating with internal content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to enhance and scale quality content selection on this entertainment platform.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the SOP for all selection excellence reviews.
+ Demonstrate success in understanding and anticipating customer needs and preferences.
+ Communicate effectively and drive change through clear, articulate communication.
+ Ensure high standards in data quality and analytical rigor.
+ Evaluate benefits and risks with high judgment and provide recommendations to entertainment leaders.
+ Organize and utilize mechanisms to drive productivity, accuracy, actionable insights, and coordination across teams.
+ Audit shows and categorize them effectively as part of the project support.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience with SOP-driven processes.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and skilled in process improvement.
+ Ability to influence others and demonstrate a passion for digital video.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Interest in movies and TV shows is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is onsite in either Culver City (slight preference) or Seattle, with working hours from Monday to Friday. The team is centrally located within entertainment, offering a worldwide scope across various business lines. The work environment is collaborative, and employees are expected to engage actively with team members to achieve shared goals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
