CAT Team ManagerPRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage and serve as a resource for Catastrophe (CAT)/Storm events to the Vericlaim Repair Solutions staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaches and mentors CAT contractors on processes and systems.Monitors CAT contractors Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance objectives.Prioritizes CAT contractor needs for Vericlaim Repair Solutions dedicated staff.Provides feedback to Operations Team on process challenges facing contractors.Interfaces with service providers who comprise the Vericlaim Repair Solutions network's core business.Performs pricing research/development.Develops and delivers CAT launch training/coaching (live and onsite if possible).Provides on boarding assistance to the Business Development department for new carrier's seeking Cat solution.Cross trains inter-departmental employees and cross-company employees as neededPerforms quality assurance inspections as neededServes as subject matter expert and/or project leader on the following industry systems: Xactimate, SettleAssist, EyeSight, MICA, Chronicle, etc.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travels as requiredSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of experience in construction restoration or insurance.
Skills & Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of operations and/or constructionStrong oral and written communication skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office products; strong Excel and database skillsStrong understanding of data analytics.Good judgment and sound decision making skillsExcellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailInitiative and ability to multi-taskLeadership/management/motivational skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesWORK ENVIRONMENT
