We are seeking a casual speech language pathologist (SLP) to join our team at M Health Fairview Community Health & Wellness Hub in St. Paul! 

 

In collaboration with patients and families, the SLP is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

Casual position; authorized to work up to 40 hours per week, as available.Schedule: Weekend Rotation, every four weeks (about once per month).Opportunity to pick up additional shifts, as available and desired!

Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Certification by American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and Speech Language Pathology license in the state of MinnesotaBasic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)If in Clinical Fellowship Year only: Active temporary license in the State of Minnesota, ASHA member and actively working towards obtaining Certificate of Clinical Competence
