What You’ll Do

Warmly greet guests in person and by phone, delivering a positive and seamless carry-out experienceAnswer phones and guest questions using clear, friendly communicationDemonstrate active listening during guest interactionsUse menu knowledge to make recommendations and handle food allergies confidentlyAssist guests with our app when placing or picking up ordersTake and enter orders accurately using a POS system with attention to detailProcess payments efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions using basic math skillsPack orders carefully with speed and a sense of urgency, following instructions to ensure guest satisfactionSupport teamwork by assisting with dessert finishing, barista functions, and preparing drinks and espresso beveragesMaintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and take out areasComplete closing tasks and sidework with consistency and ownershipWork well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude

 

Your Background

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience (required)Familiarity with front of house operations, including To Go orders or curbside service, a plusExperience with cash registers, cash handling, and credit/debit transactionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest serviceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environmentDependable, reliable, adaptable, and punctual with a strong work ethicTeam player who is passionate about hospitality and contributing to a positive workplace cultureAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 18 years old
