Cash Posting & Credit Supervisor - Hybrid / Boston, MA A healthcare organization is seeking a Cash Posting & Credit Lead to oversee payment posting and credit balance processes. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage cash posting and credit balance activitiesReview payment batches and ensure proper reconciliationAnalyze payment details and address posting errorsPrepare reports on cash performance and identify areas for improvementApprove refund and adjustment requests within scope

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in cash posting, reconciliations, and credit balance resolution
