Provide expert technical advice to project teams and make recommendations for process improvements. What You'll Do: + Manage Positive Pay Process – upload files, perform exception reviews, troubleshoot issues, and work with the AP and accounting teams as needed. + Manage and maintain bank account access log to ensure business continuity and compliance. + Participate in a project team and completes property or functional area projects focused on cash management process improvement initiatives. + Track account information in accounting systems and other records. Initiate and complete account closures for complex accounts. + Upload fraud prevention files and identifies, reviews, and resolves exceptions within the files. + Review and approve wire transfers. Resolve discrepancies associated with transfers to facilitate release of funds. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. + Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Conducts basic financial analysis. + Ability to understand and carry out general instructions and solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. + Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Products). + Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. The minimum salary for the Cash Management Analyst is $54,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Cash Management Analyst is $56,000 annually.
