Job Overview: The Cash Application Specialist provides clerical support to the Accounts Receivable department. Duties include invoicing, payment application, form completion, and assisting representatives in identifying and resolving discrepancies. Essential Responsibilities: + Online invoice submission and reinvoice submission + Assisting in matching and applying invoices + Following up on missing remittances and wire payments Additional Responsibilities: + Filling out and returning vendor payment forms + Applying prepay wire payments + Managing the Salesforce inbox + Additional tasks as assigned Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: + Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing + Team-oriented and collaborative work ethic + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office + Ability to follow policies and procedures accurately and adapt to new software efficiently Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: + Experience in administrative/finance related role preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
