Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cash Application/Collections Representative to join our team. This role involves consolidating accounts receivable and cash application processes across various divisions and supporting SAP transitions. The successful candidate will apply cash accurately using Excel and an in-house ERP system, manage collections via email and phone, and resolve disputes effectively.

Responsibilities

Utilize Excel and an in-house ERP system to apply cash correctly across multiple sites and divisions.Handle collections via email and phone, working extensively with email boxes and managing the collections space.Manage dispute resolution processes and ensure timely settlement of issues.Support the SAP transition efforts occurring in the second and third quarters.

Essential Skills

At least 1-2 years of cash applications experience.Experience in collections and dispute resolution.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and accounting.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

SAP experience is highly advantageous.Ability to work independently and efficiently as this is a six-month contract position.Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.

Work Environment

The role requires working five days a week in the office located in the industrial hose building. The position offers flexible working hours between 8 AM and 5 PM in a business casual environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
