Job Overview:
Join our dynamic Shipper Support Case Team and play a key role in supporting vendors. You'll help resolve operational issues, ensure service excellence, and build strong relationships across our shipper network.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve shipper support cases via our internal communication platformInvestigate and address missed pickups and transportation disruptionsMeet and maintain case resolution targetsConduct proactive outreach calls as neededAccurately document case resolutions to support continuous improvementCollaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely freight pickups and deliveriesUse critical thinking to solve complex logistics challengesBasic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with basic computer tools, including spreadsheets and data filteringAbility to work independently and think criticallyHigh attention to detail and accuracyCustomer-focused mindsetPreferred Qualifications:
Understanding of transportation and supply chain terminologyExperience with AI tools or Large Language ModelsBackground in logistics, banking, insurance, or data-driven rolesExperience in roles requiring information verification and validationDemonstrated career progression in previous rolesWho You Are:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
