Job Description
The Case Picker and Reach Truck Operator is responsible for accurately picking and staging cases for shipment using a reach truck and other material handling equipment. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate reach trucks proficiently in narrow aisles and high racks.Accurately pick cases based on order sheets or RF scanners.Ensure correct product counts and minimize shrinkage.Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.Navigate digital systems for tracking and updating inventory.Essential SkillsProficiency in reach truck operation.Certification in forklift/reach truck operation.Experience with RF scanners.Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.Experience in cold storage or high-volume distribution centers.Additional Skills & QualificationsTime Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in picking, labeling, and staging orders.Basic Math Skills: Useful for counting inventory and verifying quantities.Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and supervisors.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.Adaptability: Comfortable working in changing environments.OSHA Forklift Certification: Preferred for operating powered industrial trucks.High School Diploma or GED.Experience in Logistics or Distribution Centers.Knowledge of Lean or 5S Principles.Bilingual Abilities: Especially Spanish/English.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a warehouse setting which may include cold storage or ambient temperature zones. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, fostering a team-oriented culture with a safety-first mindset. Shift-based work with day, night, and weekend availability may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
