**Job Title: Case Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Case Packer to join our team in the manufacturing of fresh label soups for various companies. The Case Packer will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and palletizing soups while ensuring the smooth operation of packaging machinery. **Responsibilities** + Package and label soups, and hand palletize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. + Repeatedly lift soups from the conveyor into boxes. + Ensure machine packaging operates smoothly and check labels for accuracy. + Perform chemical cleaning within assigned areas on daily turnaround and as needed. + Escalate machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist or Lead when necessary. + Support existing line operation documentation and complete required tasks and documentation. + Support new initiatives by providing feedback, writing, and training others on procedures. + Maintain and keep assigned tools accountable. + Perform all other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + General labor and packing experience. + Knowledge of GMP, palletizing, production, and batch record handling. + Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. + Self-driven and able to address problems and find solutions head-on. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Available to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis. + Willingness to rotate through different machine center areas. + Self-starter with the ability to conceptualize and drive initiatives forward. + Positive attitude and motivation to contribute to the overall team success. + Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Creative problem-solving skills with obsessive attention to detail. + Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. + Passionate about food and willing to address difficult situations with patience and respect. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a supportive work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
