**Job Title: Case Packer**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Case Packer in the production of fresh label soups for leading companies. This role involves packaging, labeling, and palletizing soups, ensuring smooth operation of machinery, and checking labels. You will be responsible for hand palletizing boxes weighing up to 30 lbs and performing chemical cleaning within your assigned area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Package and label soups, ensuring accuracy and quality.
+ Palletize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs by hand.
+ Monitor machine packaging operations for smooth functionality.
+ Perform chemical cleaning in assigned areas both daily and during unplanned intervals.
+ Escalate machine and organizational issues to the Line Specialist or Lead as required.
+ Support line operation documentation by completing necessary tasks and documentation at required intervals.
+ Assist with new initiatives by providing feedback, writing procedures, training others, and adopting new tasks.
+ Maintain and keep assigned tools in good condition.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor and packing experience.
+ Knowledge of GMP and palletizing processes.
+ Production and batch record management.
+ Ability to pick and pack efficiently.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
+ Availability to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis.
+ Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Willingness to rotate through different machine center areas during shifts.
+ Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
+ Creative problem-solving abilities.
+ Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
+ Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
+ Passion for food and team success.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a food production facility requiring PPE, including hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, steel toes (provided by the employee), and goggles. The facility is maintained at a cold temperature of 45 degrees. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.24 - $22.24/hr.
