The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our QLD Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims team. In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting injured people throughout their recovery journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience with empathy, accuracy, and resilience.

Your new role
This role centres on providing empathetic, proactive intervention to support an injured person’s recovery following a motor vehicle accident. You’ll work within our QBE case management model, guiding people through the claims process and collaborating with key external stakeholders, including doctors, treatment providers and solicitors, in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service that supports people at every stage of their recovery.
Continue to learn and expand your knowledge by navigating varied and complex situations.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers throughout their claim.
Work effectively within a fast‑paced, evolving, and collaborative team environment.
Manage end‑to‑end claims with the guidance and support of experienced leaders.
Identify when clinical information is required and develop effective case management strategies aligned with legislation and compliance timeframes.
About you
Experience in insurance - ideally within claims or personal injury management.
Customer‑focused with a caring, empathetic, and professional phone manner.
Resilient, decisive, and confident in managing challenges with sound judgement.
Skilled in developing solutions and creating actionable plans to support recovery outcomes.
Strong ability to prioritise and manage competing demands effectively.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
