**Job Title: Carpentry Foreman**
**Job Description**
As a Carpentry Foreman, you will be involved in new construction projects, focusing on the erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings. Our projects range from new builds to renovations and remodels of commercial and industrial properties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform building erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings.
+ Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and protocols.
+ Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.
+ Identify and resolve issues or obstacles during the construction process.
+ Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
+ Mentor and train new team members.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail and build with care and precision.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and wood framing.
+ Experience with nail guns and steel frame construction.
+ Ability to perform tasks related to insulation and carpentry.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Tenure in carpentry, roofing, concrete, sheet metal, and building erecting.

**Work Environment**
The role is primarily outdoors, with some interior work. Projects are located in the surrounding market and across the state, offering travel opportunities. Teams typically consist of 5-6 members for each skill set, reporting to a Site Superintendent who is actively involved in project completion.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
