Overview
We are seeking an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead crews on new residential construction projects. This role requires strong hands‑on carpentry skills, the ability to manage daily jobsite operations, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
ResponsibilitiesPerform and oversee rough and finish carpentry, including framing, backing, blocking, trim, cabinetry, and door installationRead and interpret blueprints to plan and execute work efficientlyLead, train, and support carpentry crews to maintain productivity and qualityCoordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteInspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and standardsRequired SkillsStrong carpentry skills (rough + finish)Residential construction experienceFraming and installation expertiseAbility to read and interpret blueprintsKnowledge of construction sequencing and best practicesQualifications5+ years of residential carpentry experiencePrevious leadership or foreman experience preferredStrong communication and problem‑solving abilitiesReliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focusedJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
