Now Hiring: Carpenter Foreman – Commercial Construction

Location: Denver Metro Area

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Carpenter Foreman with strong experience with commercial ground-up construction, including concrete foundations, structural framing, and core & shell work. This role requires proven leadership experience managing crews of 5–10 carpenters and overseeing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on active job sitesPerform layout and ensure accuracy using Bluebeam and field toolsCoordinate daily tasks, materials, and subcontractorsConductdaily safety toolbox talks and enforce site safety protocolsCollaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet deadlinesMaintain high standards of quality and productivityQualifications:5+ years of commercial carpentry experience, including 2+ years in a foreman roleSkilled in foundation, structural, and core/shell constructionProficient in layout and reading construction documentsExperience using Bluebeam or similar digital plan toolsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMust have own tools and reliable transportationOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceLong-term projects with growth potentialSupportive team environmentEmphasis on safety and quality craftsmanship

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
