Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman who is adept in all phases of the construction process. The successful candidate will be responsible for building concrete forms, leading team members, installing cabinets, installing trim, and framing, among other tasks. Occasionally, the role will require work-site cleanup, such as shoveling, sweeping, and picking up wood.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble concrete forms.Lead and manage a team of laborers or carpenters.Install cabinets, trim, and perform framing work.Perform cleanup duties on the work-site including shoveling, sweeping, and collecting wood.Essential Skills
5+ years of carpentry experience, including new construction and remodeling.Proficiency in all forms of carpentry, including concrete, finish work, and framing.Ability to lead a team effectively.Strong understanding of blueprints.Proficient use of hand, power, and measuring tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred.Candidates with specific experience in concrete, finish carpentry, or remodeling will be considered even with less experience.Must own hand tools and preferably cordless drills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work on commercial and residential (multifamily) construction sites in crews of varying sizes. Required attire includes hard hat, gloves, boots, jeans or work pants, safety glasses, and high-visibility clothing.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur d'Alene, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
