Carpenter/Construction Worker (ENTRY LEVEL)
**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team and engage in high-end remodel work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing finish carpentry installations on both remodel and new build construction units, assisting journeyman-level carpenters, and performing light carpentry tasks as directed. Applicants should possess experience in demolition, addition framing, door and hardware installation, cabinet fitting, and millwork installation. **Responsibilities** + Perform finish carpentry installs on remodel and new build construction units. + Assist journeyman-level carpenters with various tasks. + Conduct light carpentry as directed. + Execute demolition and addition framing tasks. + Install doors, hardware, cabinets, and millwork. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in construction and carpentry work. + Experience with finish carpentry techniques. + Ability to effectively use hand and power tools. + Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Reliability and a strong work ethic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Construction experience. + Experience working on commercial remodel projects. + Proficiency with trim, baseboards, window casings, framing, window installation, cabinet installation, stairs, and railing. + Valid driver's license. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with advancement opportunities, including the potential to move into lead or foreman roles. You will work alongside a foreman and two other carpenters primarily in the West/Northwest Metro area of the Twin Cities. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
