Carpenter — $21–$35/hr (based on experience)

Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter with strong framing experience to join our team on commercial projects throughout the South East Metro. The right candidate brings solid general construction knowledge, can work independently when needed, and collaborates well with a crew. Current project locations include Welch, Hastings, and Lakeville.

Responsibilities

Perform stick‑built and pre‑fab framing with accuracy and efficiencyWork closely with team members to keep projects moving smoothlyApply general construction skills across a variety of on‑site tasksComplete framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry workRead and interpret blueprints to ensure proper executionInstall windows and other fixtures correctly and safely

Essential Skills

At least 2 years of general carpentry experience, with a focus on framingProficiency with standard construction tools: tool bag, hammer, tape measure, chalk line, speed square, nail pullerAbility to read and work from blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in both rough and finish carpentryStrong understanding of general construction processesOwnership of required tools

Work Environment

Work takes place across multiple commercial job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Professional construction‑appropriate attire is expected, and carpenters must bring their own tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.
