Carpentry Apprentice – Modular Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Carpentry Apprentice to assist in the construction, renovation, and customization of mobile office trailers. In this role, you’ll support both new builds and refurbishment projects, working across multiple trades to ensure high-quality results and on-time readiness for delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop well-rounded construction skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with the construction, repair, and refurbishment of modular office trailersPerform tasks related to rough and finish carpentry, light electrical work, basic plumbing, flooring installation, painting, and trailer componentsComplete customer-requested upgrades and layout adjustmentsInspect and prepare trailers to meet quality expectations and scheduled delivery timelinesCarry out service and maintenance work within the yard as assignedComplete documentation related to service work, deliveries, and pickupsSupport HVAC inspections and basic maintenance following company proceduresTravel to off-site or field locations when required by operational needsRequired Skills & ExperienceWorking knowledge of carpentry fundamentals and basic construction techniquesFamiliarity with electrical and plumbing systems at a general service levelComfortable using hand and power tools, including accurate measurement toolsAbility to interpret basic drawings or layout plansMinimum of two years of construction experience, with commercial projects preferredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredPrior experience in electrical or plumbing work is a strong assetWhy Join Us?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buckley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
