**Job Title: Lead Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with a minimum of three years of recent experience in commercial construction. The role involves renovating a building in Mechanicsburg, PA, which includes tasks such as drywall work, trim, doors, and window installations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and participate in the renovation of a building, ensuring high-quality carpentry work.
+ Perform tasks including drywall work, trim, and installation of doors and windows.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately.
+ Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
+ Collaborate with a crew of three or more individuals to complete projects efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and drywall work.
+ Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
+ Familiarity with commercial construction practices.
+ Competence in using power tools and performing finish carpentry.
+ Hardware and door installation expertise.
+ Knowledge of metal stud installation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Experience operating a boom lift.
+ Must wear a hard hat on site.

**Work Environment**
The position is based at a commercial construction site, working alongside a crew of three or more individuals. Safety gear, including hard hats, is mandatory on site.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Gettysburg, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
