Job Description

The Carpenter will perform a mix of general labor and carpentry tasks on commercial jobsites. The company operates across a variety of industries, including Agricultural, Religious, Educational, Industrial, Multi-family, Municipal, Office, Restaurant, Retail, and Specialty. They specialize in design-build operations but also engage in Construction Management, General Contracting, and Restoration.

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry tasks on commercial jobsites.Engage in general labor work as needed on job sites.Execute tasks related to framing, concrete, drywall, and rough carpentry.Operate power and hand tools for installation and demolition tasks.Assist in various construction tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in construction, carpentry, and framing.Experience with concrete, drywall, and rough carpentry.Ability to operate power tools and hand tools efficiently.Experience in installation and demolition tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a laborer and in demolition work.Ability to clean and maintain a safe work environment.

Work Environment

Work both indoors and outdoors at various times throughout the year. The typical schedule is Monday-Thursday from 7am to 4:30pm, and Friday from 7am to 11am, with variations depending on project and jobsite needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Baraboo, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $40.00/hr.
