Job Description

We are seeking skilled frame to finish carpenters to join a multi-family construction project in Westbrook, ME. The role involves creating building frameworks and collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to create building frameworks.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans.Install floor joists, wall studs, roof rafters, and other structural components.Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines.

FramingCarpentryConcreteCommercial constructionProficiency with power and hand toolsBlueprint readingMeasuring and layout skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with drywall, metal framing, and wood framing.Must own general carpentry tools such as Speed Square, Hammer, Belt, and Tape Measure.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
