**Job Title: Carpenter** Job Description Candidates will work with the Services Support Team, actively supporting various scopes of work for different projects. These scopes include general laboring, rough and finish carpentry, and installing furniture and cabinets. Candidates must have an active OSHA 10 certification and own hand tools, while other major tools will be provided. Responsibilities + Support the self-perform division with diverse project scopes. + Perform general labor tasks related to construction and carpentry. + Install furniture and cabinets as per project requirements. + Collaborate effectively with team members and report to job sites daily. Essential Skills + 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction. + Active OSHA 10 certification. + Proficiency in millwork, installation, rough carpentry, and blueprint reading. + Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction, carpentry, drywall, remodeling, and millwork. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work primarily involves commercial new builds in sectors such as education, hospitality, industrial, and retail. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. Candidates will report to various job sites throughout the week. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
