About the Role: We’re hiring experienced residential carpenters who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results. This role focuses on high-end residential construction and remodeling projects, where attention to detail and quality finish work are essential. You’ll be installing interior trim, cabinetry, doors, moldings, and custom woodwork that elevate the beauty and functionality of each home.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install interior trim including baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings, and wainscotingInstall cabinetry, built-ins, stair components, and other custom woodworkRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsOperate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficientlyCollaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure timely, high-quality resultsInspect work for precision, alignment, and finish qualityRepair or replace damaged woodwork as neededMaintain a clean and organized job siteEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in residential finish carpentryProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machineryStrong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience with custom cabinetry or millwork is a plus
