About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled finish carpenter to join our team in remodeling iconic commercial spaces—specifically older-style Taco Bell and KFC locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work, especially in acoustic ceilings, trim, framing, and drywall.

You’ll start with a one-month project in Presque Isle, ME, followed by work in Augusta, ME. We provide housing and a daily per diem, so you can focus on your craft while we take care of the logistics.

What You’ll DoPerform high-quality finish carpentry, including acoustic ceilings and trim.Remodel and renovate commercial buildings with attention to detail and durability.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.Handle demolition and installation tasks as needed.What You BringProven experience in finish carpentry and commercial remodeling.Strong skills in acoustic ceiling installation, metal stud framing, and drywall.Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans.Proficiency with power tools and safety protocols.Experience working on fast-paced job sites with a focus on quality.Bonus SkillsPrior work on restaurant or retail remodels.Strong installation and demolition capabilities.Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship.Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
