Job Title: Carpenter

Monday - Friday; pay: up to $32/hr. based on experience

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team. The role involves putting up siding and performing various carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, painting, and job site clean-up. The position requires assisting experienced carpenters at job sites typically located within the Toledo, Perrysburg, Waterville, and Sylvania areas.

Responsibilities

Put up siding at various job sites.Perform carpentry work including framing and finish carpentry.Conduct painting tasks as needed.Maintain a clean and organized job site.Assist experienced carpenters with daily tasks.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, either residential or commercial, focusing on finish carpentry or framing/rough carpentry.Proficiency in using tools such as a hammer, tape measure, drill, circular saw, and reciprocating saw.Valid driver's license.Professional appearance.

Work Environment

The work involves various job sites within the Toledo area, often dealing with disaster recovery. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A professional appearance is expected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
