**Job Title: Carpenter**
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Carpenter working on a variety of new construction buildings ranging from small to large-scale projects. As part of a seasoned team of carpenters, you will engage in all aspects of general carpentry. With over 20 projects currently underway in Southern Wisconsin, you may find yourself on a job site for periods ranging from 1-2 months to over six months.
Responsibilities
+ Work on steel stud framing projects.
+ Engage in all aspects of general carpentry, including concrete, finish, and commercial construction.
+ Perform trim carpentry, framing, and rough carpentry tasks.
+ Measure accurately with a tape measure and use various hand tools.
+ Travel up to 1.5 hours for project assignments.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in steel stud framing and general carpentry.
+ Proficiency in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, rough framing, interior trimming, and exterior finishing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in commercial construction and using hand tools.
+ Capability to work in various weather conditions.

Work Environment
This role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and elements. The team size will vary depending on the project, with current concrete crews consisting of about 5-8 members. Work hours can range from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, primarily from Monday to Friday. Required personal protective equipment includes leather boots above the ankle, safety glasses, a hard hat, and high-visibility clothing.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
