**Commercial Carpenters Needed** **Job Description** We are seeking multiple Commercial Construction Foremen to join our operations in the Jacksonville area. With over 35 years of experience in renovation, our projects primarily focus on interior renovations and tenant build-outs. We offer long-term stability with a consistent workflow, ensuring guaranteed 40-hour work weeks from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. **_For quicker response send resume to (Kgraf@aerotek.com)_** **Responsibilities** + Review blueprints, sketches, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings to understand material requirements and dimensions. + Assist the Superintendent/Supervisor with layout using builder’s level, rule, framing square, and transit. + Place tie-reinforcing steel and erect structural frameworks. + Install partitions, lay sub-floors, and verify structure alignment. + Mark materials for cutting and assembly, shape materials, and fasten them with nails, screws, dowel pins, or glue. + Layout and build stairs, fit, and install window frames, doors, and interior/exterior trim. + Apply sound-deadening and decorative paneling to walls and ceilings. + Install cabinetwork, hang and finish drywall, paint, and install flooring products. + Ensure compliance with infection control and workplace safety procedures. + Utilize tools and equipment according to manuals and report safety concerns. **Why Work Here?** + Long term with room for growth into lead/ foreman roles + Weekly Pay + Overtime + Benefits + 401K **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
