**Job Title:** Wood/Stick Framing Carpenter
**Shift:** M – F 7a – 3:30p
**Pay:** $23 - $27
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our construction team specializing in the building of pole barns and barndominiums. This is an outdoor position requiring hands-on work in various weather conditions and collaboration with other trades and companies on-site.
**Job Responsibilities:**
• Wood framing of pole barns and barndominiums
• Installation of sheet metal for building exteriors
• Insulation installation for interior of metal buildings
• Interior framing as required by end-user clients
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
**Job Requirements:**
• Proven experience in carpentry, especially in pole barns and barndominiums building construction
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
