**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Trim Carpenters** for projects located in the **West Fargo, ND area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$33.87/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Carefully remove all existing interior and exterior windows without damaging surrounding structures + Install new window units, ensuring proper alignment, insulation, sealing, and anchoring + Use appropriate methods and equipment for safe handling and placement of heavy window units + Safely maneuver and install large or heavy window assemblies + Operate lifts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment as needed + Remove and replace or refinish interior and exterior trim as required for window installation + Perform precise carpentry work to ensure a clean, professional finish + Caulk, seal, and paint or stain trim to match project specifications + Fabricate and install bent metal components such as flashing, drip edges, and sill pans + Ensure all metalwork is properly shaped, secured, and sealed to prevent leaks and corrosion **Requirements** + Experience with window installation, carpentry, and light metal fabrication + Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely + Familiarity with power tools and job site safety procedures **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
