Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service to clients through commercial projects valued between $1 and $3 million. As a Commercial Construction Carpenter, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures on various commercial projects including mixed-use spaces, office environments, gas stations, fast food restaurants, and commercial upfits.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.Install structures and fixtures such as drywall, framing, doors, windows, frames, floorings, and trim.Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.Good communication and teamwork skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work on commercial projects ranging from office spaces to fast food establishments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime during the week and occasional Saturdays. Candidates must be flexible with hours. Enjoy a work environment focused on collaboration and high standards of quality and safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
