Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious carpenter to join our agricultural construction team. This role involves building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures on commercial agricultural properties, including barns, storage facilities, livestock shelters, and processing plants.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to determine specifications and materials required.Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks and agricultural buildings using wood, metal, and other materials.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Perform site preparation, layout, and framing for agricultural structures.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Essential SkillsProven experience as a commercial or agricultural carpenter.Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA certification or willingness to obtain.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
