**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled carpenter to perform a variety of construction and repair tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim installation, minor demolition, and finish work. You will be responsible for installing and repairing doors, windows, cabinets throughout the facility, coordinating with the site team to complete work orders and renovation projects, and reporting project progress, material needs, and any job site issues to the Construction Superintendent. **Responsibilities** + Execute framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim installation, minor demolition, and finish work. + Install and repair doors, windows, and cabinets throughout the facility. + Coordinate with the site team to complete work orders and renovation projects. + Report project progress, material needs, and any job site issues to the Construction Superintendent. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in carpentry and framing. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience in drywall and finish carpentry. + General labor skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification. + Facilities maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous bonus opportunity of $3,750 annually along with a gas allowance or company vehicle.
