Job Description
Join our team to work on a new build two-story airplane hanger designed to accommodate two Boeing 777 aircrafts with additional office space. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM, with occasional Saturdays.
ResponsibilitiesInstall doors and drill/set door hardware.Install windows.Layout stairs and common rafters.Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and perform layout tasks.Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns.Employ pump, place, and finish techniques.Place concrete slabs on grade and elevated decks.Understand and apply crane signals and rigging.Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions.Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction, carpentry, and finish carpentry.Experience in drywall, hand tool use, blueprint reading, finish work, framing, demolition, metal stud installation, doors, and power tool operation.5+ years of experience working on commercial or industrial construction sites.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsHeavy equipment operation is a plus (Lulls, skid steers, scissor lifts).Forklift operation and scissor lift operation.Rebar and formwork experience.OSHA 30 certification required prior to starting.High school diploma.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Expect to work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor assignments if indoor work dries up. This role involves heavy commercial building projects such as hospital, school, industrial, and manufacturing work. The job may involve dirty tasks, but completing them is essential. Appropriate attire is required for the work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00/yr.

-The will pay for a 30 Hour OSHA Training before they start. After 60 days they will be reimbursed for the 30 hours it takes to get the certification.
PTO:
-1 year of service or at least 2000 hours worked - 40 hours of PTO plus Holidays
-2 year of service or at least 4000 hours worked - 80 hours of PTO plus Holidays
