**Job Title: Commercial Carpenter**
**Job Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Carpenter working on 14 schools around central Ohio. The role involves installing commercial door hardware frames and metal stud framing. The candidate must use their own transportation. Immediate positions are available for individuals with experience, especially in commercial door frames, doors, and hardware.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform various carpentry tasks including framing and finish carpentry.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials to construct and repair building frameworks and structures.
+ Install commercial door hardware frames, doors, and metal stud framing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in carpentry and finish carpentry skills.
+ Experience with power tools and hand tools.
+ Knowledge of framing techniques.
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
+ Experience in commercial construction is preferred.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
